Funny how "Money" change the situation

Lauren Hill started her classic  single "You just lost one" with that exact line "funny how money/change the situation."  Although she was not referring to the pound 4 pound Picasso himself (you could have
fooled me) Floyd "Money" Mayweather is back! Love him or hate him, all of you benefit from it... I'm talking members of the media, casual fans and purist too... Mayweather broke the news on his Twitter page
and the news spread like a wildfire. Sidebar: It's funny how celebrities have become their own media outlet. I feel bad for the kid fresh out of college with his journalism degree looking to break a story that was already broken by  @GlassJoe69.  Mayweather told the cyber world he's back September 17th. This time it's not against some gimmick opponent.  Mayweather has decided to make his comeback against rising young (now) welterweight star Victor "Vicious" Ortiz.  This fight will get criticism by some since Ortiz is still considered somewhat green. I personally beg to differ. Ortiz just beat up another rising young star in Andre Berto. Also in the last 2 years Ortiz has taking on the likes of Marcos Maidana, Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto. Pretty good competition if you ask me.  I'm just amazed how people is willing to throw shade on this fight when it was "you" who said you would prefer he take on some "younger" talents. Well, he did just that, so be gracious. Would I have like to see him take on a prime Cotto, Margarito or Paul Williams? Ah...yeah! But we're moving forward and the past is the past. I think this was the best available option
for Floyd not name Pacquiao. Floyd brings great flare to our sport.  I was able to catch the "face off" between Waldimir Klitscko and David Haye and for the 1st time in over a decade I'm excited about watching a heavyweight title fight, why? Haye brought that same intensity and flare that Floyd brings. Boxing was and will always be a entertaining sport. So don't give me that unprofessional crap. From the likes of Roy Jones, Ali, Camacho etc. trash talking always get people intrigued. That being said, I think  the table is now set for the main course. Pacquiao gets his "boxer" in the fall (Juan Manuel Marquez) and Floyd gets his southpaw (Victor Ortiz) Both fighters gets great preparation for the biggest fight in the history of boxing to "finally" take place (fingers crossed).  Funny how "Money" changes a situation.
